Survival Strategy : Do we have one?

Charles Darwin:

It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is most adaptable to change.

Shortened versions

It is not the strongest species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the ones most responsive to change.
It is not the strongest or the most intelligent who will survive but those who can best manage change.

I came across an article, which narrated all about how human skill to survival is being slowly eradicated in planned and phased manner. Common example was given about mass movement of human population towards cities. It has created constant fear of maintaining jobs at hand.

Simple Test: -

Just imagine if you do not have job at hand, what will be your survival strategy? How you are going to pay necessary bills or tackle liability? If you are not going to get job for another six month as well as you have already disposed off asset of your origin place post migration to settle luxury at cities.

Now if you can answer that to some satisfactory level to yourself, you still have survival skill else it’s time for you to create one.

There are many survival stories, you may have come across where several people have been unfortunately landed in uncomfortable situation due to travel/weather/transport etc. and have manage to adopt and survive. One common aspect in all stories is that they are usually a story of an individual.

But the context here is about able to survive along with family where each member does not have same strength and skill. Your role here of leader/captain to ensure survivability.

Now think over the above test scenario again and reassess/re-evaluate your response. The picture is getting bit scary, right?

That survival skill which our ancestor used to take pride in, is now being eradicated or getting phased out.

Majority of cases people are always at edge and constant fighting towards creating balance and …………………..{you can fill yourself , what precious thing you end up losing.
 Hint: time, stress free life, health etc.. }

Whats your skill set/survival strategy to adopt change?
